The Warmer Kiwi Homes grant pays 80% of the cost of an approved fixed heater, like a heat pump, up to a cap set by EECA. You apply through EECA, not through us. To qualify you own and live in the home, it was built before 2008, and you hold a Community Services Card or live in a lower-income area.
Why so many Dunedin homes fit the grant
